Safety instructions:
- At a drop height of 1 m or more (ramp height),
the ramp must be secured in the area of the lifting table. This can be accomplished
with the aid of a gantry scaffolding (portal height = ramp height + 1100 mm).
- If
personnel is to ride along on the lifting table, ensure that the platform is
provided with means for holding on. This can be accomplished with the following:
Plug-in railing, Fixed railing, Gantry scaffolding, Control column.
- If the
control is to take place from the platform, an underrun protection is required
at the accessible sides of the lifting table. This also applies when the bottom
area of the lifting table is not directly visible from the control column.
- When
fork lift trucks drive on the platform while in extended position, a roll-off
protection is required on the free sides. This also applies to other rolling
loads.
