Aluminium loading rails TYPE AOS
AOS ramps are made from a high-strength, weather-resistant aluminium alloy and have been developed to achieve relatively high load-bearing capacity with a low overall height and minimal weight. The wedge profile attached to the lower support point ensures a homogeneous transition from the ground to the rails. All yard ramps are equipped with a slip guard.
According to the trade association, the gradient must not exceed an angle of 16.5° or 30%. The ramp length can be determined using the following formula: L (mm) = H(mm)/a(%) x 100 Load capacity determination for two-axle vehicles with a centre distance of 1500 mm and a load distribution of P1 1/3 and P2 2/3 of the table values.
