Filled with polyurethane foam
BUTT GmbH – yard ramps & industrial doors
ISO 80 mm
For maximum energy saving
The energy requirements for industrial and commercial buildings are constantly being tightened, which puts the properties of doors as well as the façade itself into sharp focus. As with insulated 40 and insulated 60 sectional doors, the panels are filled with polyurethane foam, with thermal separation between the inside and outside of the panels. The same is true of the insulated 80 sectional door, but with even higher thermal insulation.
Optimal insulation
With its optimal insulation and a U value of 0.25 W/m2K, the 80 mm insulated panel meets the needs of clients who build in accordance with today’s Energy Saving Ordinance (EvEV). The insulated 80 sectional door is ideal for cold stores, industrial halls, warehouses and distribution centres where heat loss is an ecological and economic risk and where a continuous goods temperature is essential.
Floor seal
For the optimal floor closure on the door, Butt uses a double rubber profile with inward curving sealing lips. The rubber profiles are held in place by a special plastic profile with low thermal conduction. The sealing lip of the rubber profile fits closely to the frame seal.
Benefits
Even higher thermal insulation
Ideal for cold stores
